Very knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. Had a new water softener system and water heater installed. They explained everything that needed to be done and installation was excellent. Highly recommend.
They were prompt, professional and friendly. They replaced our heating and air conditioning units. The price was reasonable for the work. The guys who did the work were very polite and answered all of my questions.

I just had work done with a very nice young man with Lancaster Plumbing and Heating company. He did electrical work and did a very good job. I have been using Lancaster Plumbing&Heating for many years now and will continue to call them with all my needs. They take care of everything most people have in their homes, which is nice, since you can use them for almost every kind of problem you can think of or just yearly for their check up plans. Very pleased with the service which we received from Andrew at Lancaster Plumbing and Heating. He was on-time, pleasant and took the time to find that the part we needed for our HVAC was covered under warranty. That part was received and installed in less than 2 hours. Can't ask for better.
I love this company! We've been annual service plan members since 2018 when they rescued us from a heat wave. Our nearly brand new geothermal unit was on the fritz and the installer wouldn't help us.
