Andrew G. replaced the outside heat pump on 3/29/23. He also had done the initial diagnostic work the week before, the unit was ordered and arrived a day later. Scheduling was delayed because of adverse weather conditions, but now the work is completed and so far, so good. The new unit also runs quieter than the previous one.

A small leak from a pinhole in a pipe required 2 visits. It was not identified the first time out although the plumber was respectful and polite. The cost exceeded $850 which is exorbitant for the second repair visit and a charge for the first visit which did not identify the problem correctly. We are very disappointed about the excessive cost. John L*******

Sorry that I am a couple of weeks late with this review. Had an issue with my shower not draining. Service Pro (Chris R.) arrived at the promised time and was able to determine and correct my problem in a short amount of time. He walked me thru what the issue was and what he needed to do so I could understand everything. Just like all the technicians that work for LPH, Chris was very polite and understanding. Another job well done by LPH
