The company responded very quickly to my request, and sent a technician out right away. The technician was very professional and quick to meet my plumbing needs. He literally replaced the toilet on the spot. The only comment I have is that I would have preferred a lower toilet, the new one is a bit high.

Jason was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He is very good at handling electrical issues including boxes, smoke detectors, whole house surge protectors, ceiling fans and other general electrical issues. I have been using this company for about two years now. They have completed plumbing, electrical and heating projects. In EVERY case the technicians arrived on time. They were professional, took time to explain if something needed to be fixed, gave an estimate of the cost, and did the work within the time frame they had explained. This company communicated very well before, during and after the work has been finished. I liked their work ethic so well, I signed up for their partner program after the first time they visited.

On time. Eric and his crew answered all questions I had courteously and with ease of understanding. All work was done extremely well. Cleanup was unbelievably great. They ended early and explained fully all of the connections of my new furnace. I highly recommend Lancaster Plumbing and Heating.
