**** *. inspected our Heating System and we were very pleased with his service. **** was polite and respectful and offered several worthwhile suggestions to improve our heating during the cold months. We hope he will continue to be our service representative for future inspections.

3/2/26 I had heating/cooling and electrical checks on the same day. Shane and Brian were personable and efficient in checking all the systems. Would highly recommend them. Lancaster Plumbing sends emails as to when their technicians will arrive and a bio on each one. Have always had a good experience with Lancaster Plumbing and think it's been over 16 years of using their services. Would highly recommend them. From scheduling with their receptionists to their technicians, everyone has been so helpful. Barb S.

Lancaster Plumbing employees were excellent throughout -**** with first consultation , 2 young men who installed the system, the ladies who answered and returned all calls, and last the young man (sorry forgot name!) who took his time with 2 old people, helping patiently so they had a better understanding of the new system. This young man deserves a special thanks. At no time did anyone try to sell us something else. Polite, helpful - all did their job in excellent manner with respect for us. Thank you!

My heating system stopped working the day the snow hit Lancaster, Lancaster Plumbing installed a new system quickly and had the house warm . Thanks Lancaster Plumbing what a great service will use when needed

I have used Lancaster Heating and Plumbing for many years from putting in a new sewer line, to a new hot water heater and a new central air. If I have a problem with anything, they are very dependable and come right away to make things right. Garrett was here today and took care of a problem for me .He took the time to show me what he did to take care of it , and explained why it happened. They never disappoint me.
