Hi, Joe. One of our sales managers did attempt to call you and left several messages, but we have not heard back from you.
Zero communication, zero organization. It’s amazing that anything ever gets done. As the client, we have had to be responsible to be our own project manager because there has been nobody in charge of communicating and organizing our project. Our kitchen remodel is still not complete because the wrong supplies were ordered and now the contractor has moved on to another job. I’m not sure we’ll ever see the finished project…
I had my kitchen redone not re-faced by them and the white cabinet doors actually all around the doors comes apart melt-away, I had to get a repair several times within a few years , they are coming apart as I speak . They do have a lifetime warranty, but they keep putting the same old junk over and over again and I have to pay to have them reinstall, seriously, as an interior designer I would not recommend them to no one, even when I see them in a vendor show, I tell people/everyone about them, don’t use them horrible p... read more

7 phone calls and no messages- when I was finally able to answer the phone they REFUSED to make an appointment because I couldn’t guarantee that my husband would be there. Believe it or not, I am quite capable of making decisions regarding remodeling of my home! I will say… Home Depot had no issue coming out to meet with just me- looks like they will get the $30k remodel job. 🤷🏻♀️

I would not recrecommend Kitchen Magic to anyone! A month ago I was ready to broadcast to the world how great i thought they were! We are now in week 5 of a project that we were told would take 2 1/2 weeks! The workers have all been fine but the owners of Kitchen Magic couldn’t care less as long as they get paid. The biggest problem is their lack of communication. Seriously, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I don’t feel refacing is worth the money. It only addresses the exterior of your cabinets. If your existing cabinets are painted wood, as mine were, the interior of your cabinets get chipped up when they apply the laminate to the exterior. The interior of my cabinets look horrible thanks to their “ craftsman “. I wish I spent the additional money to have all new cabinets installed.
Based on a sales reps visit . 10,000.00 dollars for 40 sq ft of quartz countertops .absurd . 200 sq ft ???

I was fairly happy with my kitchen cabinets until I tried to reach them with a problem. My husband called a few different phone numbers but no one answers any of them. This is awful customer service and I am not happy.

If you want to renovate your kitchen definitely don’t use Kitchen Magic... I had a consultation scheduled with them today and my partner couldn’t make it due work and they refused to talk to just me... I mean they brought samples and wouldn’t show me or do the quote they promised unless my partner was there. It was demeaning and disgusting, the sales rep treated me like a child and compared me to his kids. The guy said it’s against their policy to do business with just the wife.
