We had kitchen cabinet refacing done. The quality of the cabinets doors and drawers is very good. Their customer service is awful. They won’t call you back unless they want their money. The installer made an error by putting larger holes in the lower cabinet doors for the handles, then the top cabinet doors so they had to order larger handles for the bottom cabinets. And then made me sign a change order for it and told me I got a larger handle and that cost more money, but they weren’t going to charge me for that larger hand... read more

I have a Kitchen Magic kitchen for many years and now the cabinet faces are starting to peal. I was able to have someone come out and inspect the problem but no one has ever gotten back to me on what can be done. I have been in contact with the service department several times but have NOT heard back from them with any type of response

We had our kitchen done by Kitchen Magic this past February. The laminate on our cabinets is falling off in several places. We called for service and left several messages. NO RESPONSE!!! This is no way to treat customers.

I'll start by saying I was very excited when I began my journey with Kitchen Magic. Mike, our salesperson, was exceptional throughout the process and even frequently sends a friendly hello. It's sad to write that dealing with service or warranty after the completion of the project has been a complete and total nightmare. The kitchen project began in June of 2021. Zero communication, zero organization. It’s amazing that anything ever gets done. As the client, we have had to be responsible to be our own project manager because there has been nobody in charge of communicating and organizing our project. Our kitchen remodel is still not complete because the wrong supplies were ordered and now the contractor has moved on to another job. I’m not sure we’ll ever see the finished project…
I had my kitchen redone not re-faced by them and the white cabinet doors actually all around the doors comes apart melt-away, I had to get a repair several times within a few years , they are coming apart as I speak . They do have a lifetime warranty, but they keep putting the same old junk over and over again and I have to pay to have them reinstall, seriously, as an interior designer I would not recommend them to no one, even when I see them in a vendor show, I tell people/everyone about them, don’t use them horrible p... read more

7 phone calls and no messages- when I was finally able to answer the phone they REFUSED to make an appointment because I couldn’t guarantee that my husband would be there. Believe it or not, I am quite capable of making decisions regarding remodeling of my home! I will say… Home Depot had no issue coming out to meet with just me- looks like they will get the $30k remodel job. 🤷🏻♀️

I would not recrecommend Kitchen Magic to anyone! A month ago I was ready to broadcast to the world how great i thought they were! We are now in week 5 of a project that we were told would take 2 1/2 weeks! The workers have all been fine but the owners of Kitchen Magic couldn’t care less as long as they get paid. The biggest problem is their lack of communication. Seriously, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.
