RecommendedWe had kitchen cabinet refacing done. The quality of the cabinets doors and drawers is very good. Their customer service is awful. They won’t call you back unless they want their money. The installer made an error by putting larger holes in the lower cabinet doors for the handles, then the top cabinet doors so they had to order larger handles for the bottom cabinets. I have a Kitchen Magic kitchen for many years and now the cabinet faces are starting to peal. I was able to have someone come out and inspect the problem but no one has ever gotten back to me on what can be done. I have been in contact with the service department several times but have NOT heard back from them with any type of response

We had our kitchen done by Kitchen Magic this past February. The laminate on our cabinets is falling off in several places. We called for service and left several messages. NO RESPONSE!!! This is no way to treat customers.

I'll start by saying I was very excited when I began my journey with Kitchen Magic. Mike, our salesperson, was exceptional throughout the process and even frequently sends a friendly hello. It's sad to write that dealing with service or warranty after the completion of the project has been a complete and total nightmare. The kitchen project began in June of 2021. Zero communication, zero organization. It’s amazing that anything ever gets done. As the client, we have had to be responsible to be our own project manager because there has been nobody in charge of communicating and organizing our project. Our kitchen remodel is still not complete because the wrong supplies were ordered and now the contractor has moved on to another job. I’m not sure we’ll ever see the finished project…
