Couldn't even get past the appointment confirmation. I am the sole owner of my home and the decision maker but they wouldn't confirm my appointment because my "boyfriend" couldn't be there. I am not married and it is my home....why can't I have the appointment? Lost my business from the get-go!!
I was asking for an estimate for remodeling our old kitchen. After we explained our ideas the calculation was done very quickly. Again, we asked for an estimate to get an idea about the budget - the price the sales guy was asking for the remodeling was 26K$..... ARE YOU KIDDiNG ME!!!!! Having another company here - for an estimate for a complete new kitchen which is 15K$ - I think it is very clear to whom we will give the order. You guys should really consider your marketing strategy and train your sales guys.
