The job was not completed and what was “completed “ I am not happy with. I called and spoke with Matt. He said he would send someone out in a couple of days. Someone came looked at my complaints and took pictures. He said he would tell “them “ that I wasn’t happy. I called a week after and left a voicemail. Very disappointed! We were very excited to have kitchen magic come to our house for a consultation after looking at their impressive website. I called yesterday for an appt and they were able to do 10am today! Wow! Impressive that they could come so fast the next day. we waited until 10:30 am for someone to show up. I called and was told that there is a half hour window and that they should be here very soon. The customer service lady then put me on hold to find out more details. All week i received calls and text messages to confirm an appointment for today, today comes no one shows up or called!!! When I called they are going to tell me that there was a computer glitch.... The worst Service ever. It started with the sales man not telling me that the sink that came with the package was so much smaller than my original sink. I had to special order a sink which cost me an additional $672. Then when the person came to rip out my old countertops he did an incomplete job. The day before Thanksgiving the Granite installers came at 8:00 at night 3 hours late and could not install the granite because the previous guy didn't complete the prep work or install any supports. Terrible experience from the start of project. Kitchen magic doesn't tell you that they contract everything out. Carpenter was extremely rude and unreliable. He would show up whenever he felt like it. Cabinets were measured wrong. Sink was delivered scuffed. The plumber that was contracted out never installed a farm house sink so that was an issue. Couldn't even get past the appointment confirmation. I am the sole owner of my home and the decision maker but they wouldn't confirm my appointment because my "boyfriend" couldn't be there. I am not married and it is my home....why can't I have the appointment? Lost my business from the get-go!!
