RecommendedWe got a quartz countertop with a stainless steel sink. Everything was perfect and on time. Whenever there was a change, we were called on the phone and advised. I would definitely recomment this company to anyone in the market for cabinet, countertops or both. When they came to the house the first time, there was no pressure to buy, which is very comforting.

Overall, it was a good experience from beginning to end. The people who came to do the work were pretty prompt & good to work with. There were a couple of 'miscommunications', but things worked out. I was under the impression that my sink was going to be installed while other work was being done. That was not the case & the plumber had not called me. It was addressed right away. I was very happy with my Cambria quartz countertops. The color was beautiful. They worked with existing cabinets and backsplash in my condo. Everyone from Maria, on the sales/consulting side, to the carpenters etc. were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. This is my first kitchen project. I would highly recommend!
I think that they have the best employees ever. I cannot say one thing bad about anyone. The office personnel and the guys that did the work were so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I love my kitchen. I should have had more estimates but after talking to the salesperson I felt very comfortable going with Kitchen Magic. I did have one problem recently and called and told them my problem. They were here the next day and solved the problem without any cost to me. So far I would rate them a 10.
We wanted to replace out kitchen countertops. Had called a few companies and either got no response or a sort of don't care kind of attitude from the customer service department. I had a very positive experience with Kitche Magic. The sales rep and the installers and workers were very professional. I was told what to expect each day and what time the workers were to arrive and leave. Everything happened just as I was told. A rare occurence these days. My kitchen is lovely and I love it and all of my family and friends tell me that the work was professional. I highly recommend Kitchen Magic. They finished all of the work in 4 days.
Great experience. We got an accurate timeline from the beginning, lots of options, and kitchen magic worked with other contractors (we had to get a plumber and tile guy) to make sure everything was perfect.
