RecommendedWe had kitchen cabinet refacing done. The quality of the cabinets doors and drawers is very good. Their customer service is awful. They won’t call you back unless they want their money. The installer made an error by putting larger holes in the lower cabinet doors for the handles, then the top cabinet doors so they had to order larger handles for the bottom cabinets. And then made me sign a change order for it and told me I got a larger handle and that cost more money, but they weren’t going to charge me for that larger hand... read more

I have a Kitchen Magic kitchen for many years and now the cabinet faces are starting to peal. I was able to have someone come out and inspect the problem but no one has ever gotten back to me on what can be done. I have been in contact with the service department several times but have NOT heard back from them with any type of response

We had our kitchen done by Kitchen Magic this past February. The laminate on our cabinets is falling off in several places. We called for service and left several messages. NO RESPONSE!!! This is no way to treat customers.
