We recently had 15 windows replaced. From sales to installation, our experience was excellent. Any questions that I had were addressed immediately or routed to an employee that promptly returned my call. Our installers were professional, friendly, and left no trace of the mess that comes with replacements in old houses. Highly recommend.

We had 6 windows replaced and we are very pleased with the quality of service we received from Jacob Exterior throughout the entire process. The salesman was very friendly addressing our concerns and the office staff kept us informed of the progress of the window manufacturer and when to expect installation. ***** and the other installer were friendly and did a very proficient job installing the windows.
