Ive used them for 2 projects now, a deck in 2020 and most recently a bathroom remodel. Communication was great. Everything was clearly explained, cost, timeline, everything. No pressure or up-selling. My installer *** was wonderful. He handled a few ************** like a pro and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. Replacing a tub with a walk in shower, new vanity, faucet and light fixture took less than 2 days. There was no mess left behind and my new shower is gorgeous!

The Jacob team came to me to discuss the alternatives and prepare for the installation. This was great for me, since I do not get around that easily. They were kind, courteous and very helpful.The installation went very well. The installer did an excellent job installing my new walk-in shower. He offered suggestions on the placement of shelves and safety bars that proved to be spot on for me. He also did a good job installing a new bidet toilet that I had purchased separately.
