All of Jacobs representatives are professional and willing to do whatever it takes to have a great outcome of their product. In my case it was a walk-in shower install. I am beyond pleased and would rate them a 5++ if available

I had my shower replaced and Jacob did a wonderful job. **** came out to do extra caulking for me and was very nice and polite and most of all did a wonderful job. Thank you ****!
