Over the years, we have hired Jacob to do a number of projects: roof (******************), fencing (*******), Doors, Windows and Patio (Jacob). We've done a number of our projects with them because we trust them to provide quality and professionalism, and in the rare occasion something goes wrong, to stand behind their workmanship and make it right. They have done that for us and we would use them again if the opportunity presented itself - truth be known, we are almost out of things for them to do!

I would like to thank *** and ***** for the fantastic job of installing our walk-in tub. Even though *** had to endure our two yappy dogs, and our crawl space opening. Our experience with Jacobs Bath was a good one. *****, the sales rep who came to explain the process and give us the bid, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few concerns about the wording of the contract and ***** saw to it that the wording was changed to our satisfaction. There was also a misunderstanding in regard to a discount, but that was addressed as well.
