Installer did a great job. Salesman, front office, not so much. We were told they "only do the wet area of bathroom" which we had done. The sales guy is no longer there, nor are many people who work in office. Just had a difficult time having a normal conversation with anyone. It was just an odd experience, but *** the installer was pure gold. When I asked if he was still there for a potential project to do rest of bathroom, nobody seemed to know.

Over the years, we have hired Jacob to do a number of projects: roof (******************), fencing (*******), Doors, Windows and Patio (Jacob). We've done a number of our projects with them because we trust them to provide quality and professionalism, and in the rare occasion something goes wrong, to stand behind their workmanship and make it right.
