From the initial in-home meeting, visiting the showroom to see displays to help us choose the right material for our shower, through the ordering process and keeping us updated on timing for install- every interaction was great! I have been a homeowner for 45 years and had several contractors perform services for me. However, I have never had a more experienced, more professional and friendly technician than *****. There are not enough adjectives to express how pleased I am relating to the installation of my new walk-in shower. ***** explained every procedure as the installation took place. Again, keep him on the payroll and if you need a recommendation on how well of a worker he is I will be willing to talk to you about him.
