I have been a homeowner for 45 years and had several contractors perform services for me. However, I have never had a more experienced, more professional and friendly technician than *****. There are not enough adjectives to express how pleased I am relating to the installation of my new walk-in shower. ***** explained every procedure as the installation took place. Again, keep him on the payroll and if you need a recommendation on how well of a worker he is I will be willing to talk to you about him.

His representation and knowledge of the materials made me feel confident that I hired the right company. I am pleased also with the professionalism of Jacob office personnel. They provided quick service both installation wise and process wise. I would definitely use them in the future as well.
