Jacobs is the epitome of how a business is run. From exceptional sales appraisal to staying in contact with updates to installation times to actual installation. All of Jacobs representatives are professional and willing to do whatever it takes to have a great outcome of their product. In my case it was a walk-in shower install. I am beyond pleased and would rate them a 5++ if available

The work was completed on schedule and the crews were professional and friendly. More importantly, they did a super job. We couldn't be happier with the look and performance of the finished products.
