Alec was very friendly and knowledgeable. He appeared to believe in the products he was presenting. Based on his information, friendliness, and willingness to answer any questions, we were able to make an immediate decision. I did not feel pressured. I felt informed. He spent several hours with us and took his time even though he had an hour-long drive home from our residence. He is very friendly and easy to work with!

I had Empire Home Remodeling put in two windows and patio door in my condo on 6/21/2024! I want to thank this company for a great team work from Anthony for scheduling the appointment, to Landon for showing all my options and the cost, then Rick for making sure the measurements were correct, to Jennifer for keeping me up to date on the product and scheduling the installment, and then finally to the great work to D and Josh for installing the windows and patio door! Had a very enjoyable meeting with Alec today after meeting with several companies in our search for replacement windows. His enthusiasm and knowledge about the product he sells were evident. He gave a very thorough demonstration of the windows and convinced us that Empire and the windows they sell are worth the investment. He was very knowledgeable about most of the replacement window companies in the area and their products, as well as being very friendly. Alec ****** was an awesome sales man. He knew his product very well. He explained all of our options and told us how the windows would work. He was very professional. He explained the financing part and went through the contract with us. I would recommend Alec to anyone for windows.
Great customer service. Brandon came out to my condo and showed me all of the options and prices for my stand up shower.
