Installers were polite and curiosity, even worked on the holiday to accomplish the job. Our Rep was very knowledgeable about the products. Everything was completed quicker then we thought it would be. We would recommend Empire Home Remodeling to friends, family and neighbors.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful and not pushy. The two installers Adam and Chris were very fast and cleaned up after themselves, very professional. We would highly recommend Empire Home Remodeling to friends, neighbors and family members.

Empire installed a new bath and shower surround for me while allowing me to do the demo to meet our budget. They were very communicative and transparent so my demo and their installation went smoothly. I was very impressed by their professionalism and high quality installation team. They even came back out to fix a washer in my shower head, so they really do stand by their products and installation professionals.

Sales was not pushy. Workmanship was spotless. Came back a second time for more windows to be done. The quality of the windows are excellent. Thank Darren for the 1st time around and thank you Alec for serving me the 2nd time around. Highly recommend!

I had called around to a few window places, was rejected by the first two because they had a minimum for window replacement. Alec with Empire came out the next day, boy was he great to work with! Better than the other estimate I had received from another company. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. He made it very easy and I was happy to write him a check that day! I just had Empire Home Remodeling complete both a window and bath project for my home. The process was painless and we are so happy with the finished product. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The crew completing my project was professional and efficient. Overall I am completely satisfied and wish I had started this project sooner.
