The company is easy to work with. I've used them twice once for my bathroom and also had them install. New windows both look amazing.
It was great working with Empire, home remodeling. They had friendly staff and were easy to work with. I hade 4 windows installed and they were installed quickly and well.
Original meeting was with Sebastian for our sales presentation. That was very impressive on product. We were looking to purchase next. We were introduced to Megan our assigned production manager. I had Empire out to quote a patio door. Dontay came out and showed me the products available. He was very helpful. They did a great job installing and cleaning up their mess. I would definitely recommend this company.

Starting from Alec coming to my home and providing me product information and working with me during the sale all the way through the install. It was a smooth process. I was happy with the pricing after getting other quotes and the windows look amazing. The installers were quick, very polite and cleaned everything up very well, very happy, all around.
Empire did an awesome job with our windows, Dontay **knowledgeable about the products, installers were efficient and did a great job even set down tarps inside and out. Great company.
