We had Alec ****** come to our home today to price out some new windows. He was very informative, friendly and respected our time. Very thorough presentation. We haven't started our project yet but are hoping for the best as they seem to have a good product with a great warranty. I will follow up after the project is complete.

We have now used Empire Home Remodeling for three major projects on our home. In Spring of 2023, we had all the windows replaced throughout the house. Initial estimate was set up within 1 day! Brandon came out and was extremely professional and was happy to play Vanna White with all the product samples so I could get an accurate view of what the finished product might look like within the bathroom. He understood I didn't have a lot of time to sit with him, and I knew what I wanted so we moved through the decision process quickly and efficiently. I am looking forward to the install and will follow up with photos at that time.
