We had our windows replaced in West Bend. Wisconsin by Empire. We have been very impressed with their professionalism and personalized customer service. Throughout the entire process, the sales representative inside teams and the measure tech were all extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with the installers were very experienced. Worked quickly and efficiently left little or no mess. We are very happy with our new windows and our experience with Empire home remodeling.
