We bought a new home in ***** ******* and needed a patio door in place of 2 kitchen windows. We found Empire at the mall and they recommended their services. Darren came to our home and explained the process very clearly and set up our appointment to have the work done. Contractors were very professional polite and cleaned up everything very well upon completion of the project. After doing 9 different estimates, I found Empire home remodeling from the initial visit from the initial salesman Alec. This process was outstanding, not pushy. I was referred to Empire by a friend. The entire process was positive. The salesman was knowledgeable but did not oversell. He was fair and easy to communicate with. The windows came quickly and installation was within a month. Our installers were friendly and efficient. We are happy with our new windows.

We found Empire online after doing. Some research decided to ultimately go with them to replace our windows. Communication was good and stallers were good. Excellent job, cleaning up after themselves. Each day we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.
