The Empire reps that came out to show us windows were knowledgeable and very friendly. Like any other business, they wanted our business, but they weren’t pushy. We were given a quote that was good for a year, and then gave us time to continue our research. They were in contact with us and eventually came back to revisit our needs after 6 months. We eventually had all new windows and sliding glass doors installed in 1 day. They worked all day, were friendly, respectful of our home, and cleaned up as best they could. All the ... read more
Empire is a excellent company. The price and installation was fantastic. Two workers installed 11 windows in less than five hours and they look great. The sales person Darrin was very professional. I recommend them whole hardedly. I got beat out of my money with ******** ********
We had Empire Home Remodeling do our picture window nd turn a window into a patio door, quality product, we would recommend them to anybody.
From sales to install to post completion everyonewas was patient and helpful and the price was affordable.
Everything was done in a timely manner, the company was very accommodating and responsive, Alec was very knowledgeable about the product, installers friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job, I looked over everything very carefully and didn't find a single flaw. I was very happy with the whole process. I am considering other projects for the home and will be reaching out to Empire Home Remodeling.
