Aidan worked with us and we couldn’t have been more pleased! First of all he listened to us. Empire has been great from sales to install. Educated sales pitch personalized to our needs, and install team was quick and polite. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.
I love our new windows! The whole experience was easy and stress free. From the consultation with Danto the finance set up to installation, everything went very smooth. I would absolutely recommend their services to my family and friends!
Met with Alec about 3 windows. He was so enthused and confident about the windows his company sells, we agreed to go with them. Price was good, time out for delivery seemed good. Alec was very easy to work with, explained everything we needed to know. Thanks and can't wait for the windows.
I met with Aiden recently and I could not be happier with our meeting. He listened to my goals and didn’t try to up-sale or get me to do more than what my stated goals were. They were a one-stop shop for my egress window project where most others were only willing to do the window install and that is it. Aiden worked with me to get this project done in a timely manner. I would recommend Empire to anyone looking to install an egress window.
We met today with Alec of Empire Home Remodeling for an estimate for 14 new windows in our home. Alec was very professional and personable. He took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He was knowledgeable regarding the products that other companies offer, and was able to show and explain the differences in the windows their company sells and why they have a superior window..
The work on my home has not started yet. Alec… Ask and listened to what I wanted and my vision for the end product. That didn’t happen with other companies that provided quotes. Alec is very knowledgeable and was able to present options for me to select. If the rest of the Empire team is this good. I feel confident the room will look beautiful with the addition of a window.

We have not started our project yet, we have just contracted them to replace 2 large picture windows on our house. Alec came to our home to give us a quote and was extremely thorough in explaining the product options they have available. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge.
