After researching numerous window companies, I decided to go with Empire. **** was very professional and thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. I'm excited to get my new bay window installed.
We really appreciated all the help that weve gotten, and the work was excellent. The personnel was excellent and if we had to do it all over again, we go with the same company, Empire bathroom remodeling thank you thank you.!!
We are so thankful for Empire Home Remodeling and Alec who came out to give us an estimate. We have been needing a new front door for quite some time and we are excited that we were able to sign a contract for a new one. Alec was on time, very communicative, and not pushy in his sales. We were able to get everything that we wanted in a new front door and can't wait to have it installed!

Aidan is a wonderful sales person. He worked with us and for us to be able to get the window contract. He is a polite and well-mannered young man and I would gladly work with him again on another project.
Aidan worked with us and we couldn’t have been more pleased! First of all he listened to us. Really “listened” to what we wanted and offered a quality product and service that fit our wants and needs. He was knowledgeable, courteous, transparent and explained everything to us (sometimes several times over.) Empire has been great from sales to install. Educated sales pitch personalized to our needs, and install team was quick and polite. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.
I love our new windows! The whole experience was easy and stress free. From the consultation with Danto the finance set up to installation, everything went very smooth. I would absolutely recommend their services to my family and friends!
Met with Alec about 3 windows. He was so enthused and confident about the windows his company sells, we agreed to go with them. Price was good, time out for delivery seemed good. Alec was very easy to work with, explained everything we needed to know. Thanks and can't wait for the windows.
