Brandon was great to work with. He was timely and responsive to our needs. He was also able to accommodate our short timeline which made the experience even better.
Brandon was great representation of Empire Remodeling. Knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and was professional. Very happy with our decision to go with Empire Remodeling for our bathroom renovation.
Mr************ was very knowledgeable about the windows that he was selling, very friendly. Mr************* was not pushing me to buy the windows which I like. Once again thank you for your professionalism. I look forward to getting my new windows installed!*****
Alec was very knowledgable on the product. Great presentation and very personable. Highly recommend Alec and Empire Home Remodeling.
We've met with Alec 3 times now , and moved forward with him 3 times on 3 different projects. We love our gutters , we love our storm door , we are excited for our new Egress Window!. We really appreciate that Alec actually takes his time to listen to us. Thanks again Alec and Staff!
**** came with no high pressure tactics, only professionalism. He was very knowledgeable on the products and answered all of my questions. He was a pleasure to deal with compared to other salesmen!
Empire replaced 10 windows in my house. The installers showed up time and they were very professional. Everything was clean up inside or outside after the job was done. One of the window glass was broken and Empire ordered and replaced window. I recommend Empire as a company.
Alec did a excellent job. He was professional and educated us on the product to make an informed decision.
No complaints at all! I got 13 windows went as good as I could imagine, great install n communication, world of difference! Great quality no joke
