**** came with no high pressure tactics, only professionalism. He was very knowledgeable on the products and answered all of my questions. He was a pleasure to deal with compared to other salesmen!
Empire replaced 10 windows in my house. The installers showed up time and they were very professional. Everything was clean up inside or outside after the job was done. One of the window glass was broken and Empire ordered and replaced window. I recommend Empire as a company.

He sold me on windows in September and I went right back to Alec for a new storm door in October. He is not pushy at all and is very down to earth and knowledgeable about the company's products!
