When Mario arrived at my home, he was very friendly and took notes on what repairs had to be done. A week later on the job date, I thought I would see Mario arrive with his roofers to point out what needed to be done. There was a language barrier because the workers did not speak much English and I do not speak Spanish. When the workers arrived they asked me what they were supposed to do. The estimator that came to my house was friendly and polite, and knew what he was talking about. He knew immediately what I needed and gave me a very good price on getting it done. The men who came to do the job were professional and friendly and did the job in a timely manner and left no trace of their being here when they were finished.
