Outstanding service!! I was absolutely dreading having to replace my roof, always hear horror stories, but this was absolutely the easiest project that I have had done in the 15 years since I bought the house. My service representative Erick gave me an estimate back in August 2014 and when I contacted him in January the estimate was spot on. Mario was great dealing with repair. Was not initially happy with repair but Mario made sure repair was eventually done to my standard. Great communication and service
They did a very thorough job of repairing the old damage and replacing wood, underlayment and cracked tiles. They painted the exposed new wood. The repair started on time, but took a bit longer to complete than estimated due possibly to inclement weather. I would use them in the future and recommend them.
Overall great experience. Mario was very helpful and informative. Great customer service.
