We are rather disappointed with our experience with City Roofing thus far after signing a contract with them about two months ago. This company caused damages to the property after performing a roof Softwash . I contacted multiple times the company and they refused to come and see the damages and provide de business license. Look for a responsible company that face responsibility when cause damages

They did an awesome job
The company repaired the roof after the hurricane, and it's been leaking for over a year. I doubt they will be able to fix it because they did not fix it properly from the beginning. They tried to fix their job once before and failed.The customer service has been really poor. The technician was to come back again, but has not shown up for the appointment and they will not notify me in advance of another visit..

The original job that was done has no leaks, customer called about a re-leak, and when we went to inspect determined it was a NEW LEAK that was not above the repair that we did. The tech determined the leak is coming from the wall we decided to do the job at no cost even though it was OUT OF WARRANTY to help our repeated customer.
Very poorly done job. Company not recommended. We were sealing a flat roof, not replacing it.
