City Roofing sent an inspector the same day as my request, which was great. The inspector was very thorough - went both inside and out to look at the construction and figure out what was going on (we had small water coming in). Then he took the time to explain so I could understand. Even showing what to point out to the wall contractor, to make sure they got it right (turns out it wasn't roof repair that was needed, but a section of the wall that needs work). Absolute great attitude and service, was always on time, very courteous!! One item that was very impressive on top of great service was the added task of painting the overhang as a courtesy. Also gave a two year warranty!!
