The company repaired the roof after the hurricane, and it's been leaking for over a year. I doubt they will be able to fix it because they did not fix it properly from the beginning. They tried to fix their job once before and failed.The customer service has been really poor. The technician was to come back again, but has not shown up for the appointment and they will not notify me in advance of another visit..

The original job that was done has no leaks, customer called about a re-leak, and when we went to inspect determined it was a NEW LEAK that was not above the repair that we did. The tech determined the leak is coming from the wall we decided to do the job at no cost even though it was OUT OF WARRANTY to help our repeated customer.
Very poorly done job. Company not recommended. We were sealing a flat roof, not replacing it.
Leaks kept coming,no end to it.
This company promised me a 100$ gift card. The company claimed that they already sent the gift card to me, but I never got the mail. They asked me to check at my local post office, and I did. I have lived here more than 7 years. I never lost any single mail. When I asked the company to give me a tracking number, they sent me an invalid tracking number from Stamps.com. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone. She sent a man to my house in an hour. He checked my house out and told me several things that were wrong. He was from Paul Bange, the company that told me they didn't do town houses. Thete were several other severe things that had to be done, he had to take pictures,send them to his boss and then he called him and he said he couldn't allow his company to do the job. Nelson the spokesman was very nice and he told me what I needed to do and who I should get in contact with.
Quick to respond, and tried many different ways to fix the problem until they found the answer. They came back until they got it done. They didn't ask for any more money. Very professional and a wonderful experience.

When Mario arrived at my home, he was very friendly and took notes on what repairs had to be done. A week later on the job date, I thought I would see Mario arrive with his roofers to point out what needed to be done. There was a language barrier because the workers did not speak much English and I do not speak Spanish. When the workers arrived they asked me what they were supposed to do.
