I had two roof leaks that needed to be repaired on my home so I decided to contact City Roofing through Home Advisor. City Roofing’s representative, Jackie, contacted me. She was extremely efficient in getting someone to check out the roof situation in a quick manner. The roofer was very polite; he even took his shoes off on his own accord while entering my home to look at the leak from the inside. Furthermore, he also went on the roof to look at the leaks. This company is very reliable, courteous and responsible. From the office staff to the workers, customer service is #1. They did a great job in fixing our roof without overcharging or making a mess. Absolutely a breath of fresh air to find a company like this in Miami.
The inspector spoke almost no English. He only did a short visual inspection of the exterior of the building and did not look into the attic where the leak is coming in so he did not locate the leak by visual inspection. However after I had 2 other companies come out to estimate the repairs I found that the actual written estimate and scope of repairs matched the others I had received I did hire City Roofing I am happy with the repairs and the workers did a very good job.
