Polite and thoughtful.
Great overall service. Rapid response by customer service representatives and the field technicians. All representatives were honest about repair expectations. Field technician was really good about showing me what did and did not need to be repaired. Good follow up by customer service.
The whole experience was amazing from estimate to repair and customer service was top notch!!
Took awhile to complete. Good job on the roof but a lot of small debris. I ended up stepping on a roof nail a few days after they finished. Found many more as I tried to clean up.

I needed my roof repaired due to loss of shingle from the impact of hurricane Irma. The company asked for a $50.00 fee to inspect and quote the job which came as a surprise, however, they took this amount out of the final payment for the job. I am very happy with the end result and the performance of the work team headed by Inmer. My project was not big, but the repairs were necessary. City Roofing took the time to check out my roof flashing, give me a quote & get me on their calendar quickly.
