Great overall service. Rapid response by customer service representatives and the field technicians. All representatives were honest about repair expectations. Field technician was really good about showing me what did and did not need to be repaired. Good follow up by customer service.

Took awhile to complete. Good job on the roof but a lot of small debris. I ended up stepping on a roof nail a few days after they finished. Found many more as I tried to clean up.

I needed my roof repaired due to loss of shingle from the impact of hurricane Irma. The company asked for a $50.00 fee to inspect and quote the job which came as a surprise, however, they took this amount out of the final payment for the job. I am very happy with the end result and the performance of the work team headed by Inmer. My project was not big, but the repairs were necessary. City Roofing took the time to check out my roof flashing, give me a quote & get me on their calendar quickly. I was a little concerned at first when they asked for a $50 fee to inspect and quote the repair cost. However, I was very impressed with the man they sent to do the Inspection. I went up on the roof with him and we discussed every aspect of the repair. He covered every item actually needed and he did not suggest anything else. They have a customer relations officer that is texting, calling, and emailing you about the pricing for additional work and the status of the new roof. Photographic documentation is provided to show the progress of the work and any difficulties they maybe having. Excellent service in handling the sub contractors as well.
