Jacob from Southport was an excellent technician! He was so good about explaining all the things he did to check my furnace/ humidifier. He was polite, even re-explained things when I asked. Really seems to know his stuff. Definitely would recommend!

I called on Friday when our hot water heater started leaking and we were able to get an appointment as early as Monday morning. They would have scheduled it for earlier if it had been an emergency. Communication was excellent as to when they would arrive, Tim and Marcus were polite and got the job done as quickly as they could. They explained up front what we needed and costs so there were no surprises. The guys cleaned up leaving us with no pickup after them. We are repeat customers.

The project manager Justin did a great job explaining what would be done and the cost. His was the main reason we went with Southport, because he was not a pushy salesman. He truly wanted to help us get the furnace we wanted and needed. The technicians Geovany, Ryan and Tyler removed our old furnace, installed our new gas furnace and gas line. They were pleasant , knew what they were doing and didn’t leave a mess.

All Southport staff that we interacted with were personable, professional, and respectful of our requests. We enjoyed working with Max * and Jackson on our needs assessment and site evaluation. The installation crew worked well as a team and nearly completed the work on Day 1. We appreciated Jacob's patience on Day 2 to complete the installation in less-than-ideal weather, but when the electrician was also available. We are pleased with our very quiet mini-split system.
