We had a new furnace installed by Southport Home Services and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Adam, was very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and made the process stress-free during an already stressful time. Our furnace broke, and the very next day the installation team was at our home replacing it. April 2026 - Ryan & Andrew did an install for our house - Carrier furnace & A/C. They were both courteous and professional. Ryan kept me informed of their progress throughout the day and answered any and all questions that I had.

Southport is always great!! I've had them out for a couple of planned items in the past, so when my sump pump died this morning, they were my first and only call. Not only did they give me a 2 hour time frame in the first phone call, but they continued to call me back and update me as the technicians arrival time changed!
