They did a great job. Very thorough and efficient! It took less than a day to install a new furnace and AC! Highly recommend them!
I had the pleasure of working with Nathan and Adam today. Our boiler needs to be replaced and the entire system needs to be sorted out as it is an old home. They did a great job working through the project and helping my husband and I get a good solution for our home! Both Nathan and Adam were very professional yet very personable! Honesty and integrity are hard to find. After getting a HVAC assessment from another home warranty company, I was told that there were so many problems, that it would save money in the long run to replace my furnace and air conditioner. For a second opinion, I called Southport, who fixed and replaced some relatively minor things. Nothing was wrong with the furnace!!! It’s important to have a business you can trust and not get scammed.

Jacob from Southport was an excellent technician! He was so good about explaining all the things he did to check my furnace/ humidifier. He was polite, even re-explained things when I asked. Really seems to know his stuff. Definitely would recommend!
