I had a good experience. A couple of my windows came in incorrect and the style came in incorrect and one came in cracked. The company did their job to make it right. I waited a quite a few months but they did get that right. We definitely had some bumps in the road.
I have already recommended them to friends; they were great!
There was a delay in our door being available, so they were about three weeks behind what they should have been, due to our agreement. I think it was due to the pandemic or things getting behind with the builder at the production place, but I'm not sure it's under their control.
Reese Builders was great. We had one issue and they showed up the next day to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them.
