Reece Builders didn't provide the service they said they were going to.
They did not show up when stated. and lacked communication.
They're not trustworthy.
The windows are good, but the crew was sloppy, unprofessional, and aggressive. They put bay winodws in and the outside trim had a gap between the trim boards. They just filled the gap in with caulk. They did sloppy job with the caulk. They said they couldn't finish the job one day and they tried to have us sign a paper saying that they job was finished when it wasn't so they could get paid that week. They had to come back to do the work. Their coordination and attitude was horrible.
Reece Builders take too long and do not do what they say.
The job still hasn't been completed. I'm still waiting on the front door and sliders. I still have a window sitting in my yard.
Poor communication; we kept getting sales calls asking if we were ready to place an order after we had already place the order two months before; left the dining window unsealed for 4 days that allowed bugs into the house and I could not run air conditions during that time; lied to about when the cracked window would be replaced; lied to about finacing expiration. Still waiting for cracked window to be replaced. Job is not yet complete!
