They never finished the job. They got their check, and I never heard from them again. The last thing they said was there would be an inspection next week and to leave the moulding and stickers on windows off. That was a couple of months ago. They got their check and disappeared. The promised inspection never materialized. They got their check and ran.
They subcontract and they don't vet the contractors.
Train your representative that comes out to make sure they have all the equipment. Make sure the company understands what they can and can't do when they come out. When you ask a supervisor to come out, make sure they actually come out.
Their sales representative told me a bunch of things that weren't relevant to my windows. He told me that my windows had a lot of moisture in them by using a small machine. The reason they had moisture in them was due to the wood around the window. To get his sale, he lied to me. I told him not to lie to me. I told him that I was going to go with them anyway after having a few different bids.
It was done poorly and had to be repaired. I did not get what I paid for.
There was a lack of quality, lack of customer service, and lack of showing backup to finish the job.
It took Reece Builders longer than they said for the project.
