It has been 8 months to a year and things are still unfinished. We do not hear back from them when we leave messages. We are unable to get the inspection done.
It was a very terrible experience with Leafguard of Kansas. It was supposed to be, like, a week job and it took like three to two months. They act like they didn't know what they were doing. I wished we would have shopped around more and got more from other people first.
They were very disorganized, the team that installed the windows did a horrible job the door that I ordered wasn't part of what they brought instead they put a temporary door and it took them 5 months to get the actual door. They miscounted the windows, so one window was missing and it took five months to get it and it was only installed last week, 5 months after the actual installation date. Also when they were doing the original installation they damaged my house which caused them to use nonstandard framing on the outside ... read more
The product is good but their customer service is terrible.
They refused to fix the mess that they made. Craig stopped responding to my emails and calls, and the company has blocked my number. I had tried for months and months until I was able to talk to the general manager from another phone number.
They are not reliable!
