From our first meeting with Ben Love, the total process of getting our roof replaced went smoothly. Peak Custom Remodeling is represented very well by Ben - he arrived on time for our initial meeting, and he did an excellent job of helping us choose our new roof. I had a great experience from start to finish. My consultant Vito was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail to me. His consultation was more informative then any other company's consultant that stopped by to give me a quote. He educated me about the quality of product and labor, their warranty, craftsmanship, etc. Even though this quote was a little more expensive then the other quotes I had received. My experience working with working with Peak was exceptional. The attention to detail and knowledge started with the personal involvement of owner David Stavinoha and continued through the onsite installers and clean-up crews. They were a true partner spending time to educate explaining different options and the pros/cons of each. Project manager contacted me immediately after request submitted and communication was prompt and smooth. He spent a lot of time explaining the job and my options when he came out to do the estimate. Although the cost was more than I anticipated, the quality of the work was very good. They scheduled the roof replacement very promptly since my roof was leaking and There was some structural damage to the wood underlying the roof. I am extremely pleased with my new siding installed by Peak Custom Remodeling. From the initial contact with Pete the project manager to the final walk-through everything was done most professionally. Mr. Kim and his other installer are truly master craftsmen! Raoul kept me informed of any changes in the crew's schedule. Thunderstorms prevented them from working a few days. The crew arrived between 8:15 and 8:30 AM and worked until 7-7:30 PM. We needed a new roof so I did a Google web search and found 3 companies which I contacted and had come out discuss the job and provide an estimate to install a new roof. No pressure from the sales representative, very easy to work with, handled my HOA situation with no problem. The caliber of the install was fantastic, they knew exactly what needed to be done, and they were very courteous and professional. The communication was great. They reviewed the products with us and showed us exactly how our window features worked. We are extremely happy and are looking forward to the energy savings!
