Appointment was set and installers arrived on time. Explained to me what they were going to do and double checked with me to ensure doors were what I had requested. Started at 9:30 AM and finished around 5. Two men, both knew their craft. Polite, professional. When one of the old doors was removed, a piece of wet wood was found and replaced. They explained to me why this had happened and explained how the new door would shield water from entering the frame. Job went well and I am thoroughly pleased.

Peak Remodeling is a professional company start to finish. They recently replaced my roof. At the first interview, lasting at least 2 hours, they measured my roof and helped me choose the right product, and explained all of the installation steps in complete detail. I was amazed to learn that taking off the old roof and installing the new would be complete in one day. After a false start due to hidden damage, very smoothly. Upon first date for start of installation, hidden damage was found behind previous underlayer. This resulted in some scheduling shifting and additional crews to repair minor structural damage. Crews for both the structural issues and siding installation were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Any additional problems and concerned were handled quickly with phone calls and emails.

Peak Custom Remodeling did a fantastic job from start to finish. The project manager, Pete did an excellent job going over their window products and was very knowledgeable. Jon and his team were great. Jon explained the different options that were available, and once we got HOA approval we scheduled the job for a convenient date. The architectural shingles look much better than the ones previously on the house, the installation was trouble-free, and the clean-up was thorough. We can highly recommend them.

Everyone in the company starting with the man who walked through my neighborhood informing me about the company, has been helpful, patient with my questioning and very professional.
