I contracted Peak to replace the old roof on my house. On the original install date, they canceled for the day and did not notify us the day prior as agreed. In the end the roof was satisfactorily installed, however, a 1-2 day job took 2 weeks due to a section of the roof not being installed per contract. When reaching out to Peak, they confirmed that it was supposed to be done and had another crew sent out to install it.
