Everything from the initial consultation to the final walk-through went as smoothly as could be. I still had the original 60 year old wooden windows, an original back door, and original gutters, and they were in very poor condition. I would get so much moisture on the inside of the windows in winter that I would have to go around with a towel to wipe off the windows and window sills ,not to mention that they were very drafty and hard to open and close properly. I had a complete roof replacement and the work is superior in all respects. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the crew who finished the job sooner than expected. It was indeed a hassle-free experience. From the rep who came to give me sliding door options, to the installation team , and the followup from the customer service department, I was impressed. I found exactly what I wanted for the door and the install went very smoothly. Since the door was too large to be brought up my steps they managed to bring it up ladders to the second floor. The job was efficiently and in no time the door was finished. They left my house clean and I truly could not be happier with the service.

I had my roof replaced by Peak Custom Remodeling in November of 2020, and they did an outstanding job. The salesman who came to my home initially was knowledgeable and professional. The job was delayed one day due to rain, but they showed up the next day and got to work. Spread tarps to catch shingles and nails, etc. It was all done that day, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Very professional, hard working and the roof looks wonderful. Highly recommend.

Very friendly sales representatives, will explain all about window performance and features and answer questions. Their rep agreed to label all windows in the contract per a house plan sketch I made, and did include it in the contract. Recommend the window manufacture they use (Vinylmax). Customer support responded within a day to multiple questions. Product cut sheet for windows on website provides far more performance and comparison data than other manufacturers.
