Rock Electric does an outstanding job. Quote/sales process was with *******, who was very straight forward, had good insight, and product knowledge. *** and **** did the installation, and my wife and I cant give enough kudos to them. The staff at Timberline Patio Covers went far beyond my expectations! They were professional, respectful of our property, and worked long hours to complete each task with excellence. We hired MasterDecks LLC to design and build a custom deck for our house and pool / swim spa. Undercover Systems installed their deck system on our 2nd story deck in May 2022. We have a nice patio below the deck that was previously unusable for most of the year, and we had lived with the problem for many years. We were hesitant to use Undercover Systems initially because it's not cheap, but we had not seen anything else that looked as good and that would keep water-to-wood contact minimized. We used Timberline to build for us a replacement roofed cover for an outdoor kitchen and an accessory building for use as a greenhouse and for storage, and we are very happy that we did. We had our undercover system on our **** sq. ft. deck installed in 2013. It has given us many hours of happy family time and only this last year did we have a problem of water leaking out from 2 gutter downspout joints during a torrential downpour. The leaks were caused from blockage by leafy material at the gutter/downspout junction.
