We hired MasterDecks LLC to design and build a custom deck for our house and pool / swim spa. The team did a fantastic job of project management, keeping on top of things, communication and transparency during the whole project.Everyone we worked with was 120% professional, empathetic and worked until that part of the job was done. Undercover Systems installed their deck system on our 2nd story deck in May 2022. We have a nice patio below the deck that was previously unusable for most of the year, and we had lived with the problem for many years. We were hesitant to use Undercover Systems initially because it's not cheap, but we had not seen anything else that looked as good and that would keep water-to-wood contact minimized. And we had to wait nearly six months for install due to Covid supply recovery issues. In the end we feel it was worth the wait.... read more
We used Timberline to build for us a replacement roofed cover for an outdoor kitchen and an accessory building for use as a greenhouse and for storage, and we are very happy that we did. Ours was a fairly complicated project, requiring creativity in the design process and thoughtful implementation. Every aspect of it was handled with exceptional professionalism by Timberline. We had our undercover system on our **** sq. ft. deck installed in 2013. It has given us many hours of happy family time and only this last year did we have a problem of water leaking out from 2 gutter downspout joints during a torrential downpour. The leaks were caused from blockage by leafy material at the gutter/downspout junction. My husband and I used to do annual maintenance by flushing out the gutters to remove leaf blockages; but due to our age and major health issues over the last 6 years, we neglected doing that ma... read more
Timberline handled any issues that came up during the project professionally and quickly. They were very communicative and kept us up to date on status with pictures and comments daily. Everyone working on the project was friendly and pleasant to work with. Project was completed quickly and we are thrilled with the high quality results!
