I am very pleased with the work that Timberline Patio Covers did for our home. They were transparent, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. They have a great website and app that kept us updated on the progress and payments. They also did a fantastic job on the mini-deck for our hot-tub and the electrical work. The patio looks amazing, and we can't wait to enjoy it with our family and friends. The team was friendly, courteous and skilled. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and competent. I felt I was in good hands from start to finish. Railings were installed from the driveway up two sets of stairs to the front door. The railings made the front door entrance look complete and inviting. I am thrilled with the final product and very appreciative of the work that went into this project.
The people I dealt with were courteous and professional. They followed through on everything exactly as they said they would. No complaints here.
***** came out to our home to look at an electrical panel upgrade. He was polite, attentive when we were explaining what we needed, patient while a bunch of little kids were all trying to tell him their names at once.Rock electric employees and Timberline deck builders are awesome people.
****** and ***** were amazing! Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful work!
Very professional. Team onsite, led by ****, were courteous and spent time explaining the steps of the job. I would highly recommend.
