Great service from a great bunch of folks! I felt like I could trust them, they answered my ************** had a lot!), plus they did little extras for me, as well. From my initial meeting to get a quote through the entire process, this team did a great job! Thanks guys! (and Jet, too!)PS. While they are a bit expensive, it was worth it to get the level of ********************* plus, they werent the most expensive bid I got. Neither were they the el cheapo fly by night company, either. Well worth the price!

The quality of the railing was absolutely top notch! ******** did an amazing job on what appeared to be an easy job at first, but turned into something much more complex taking 2 days. He made sure I was happy with every step and the completed project. And when I asked for some edges to be filed down to be a bit smoother after it was all done, he was happy to get his tools back out and get it 100% completely right. Fantastic finished product!

We needed our old wood front deck replaced. We chose Masterdeck and it was a great experience. Quality build completed on schedule. The deck and railing are really absolutely AWESOME!!! The colors and material are great! **** was our over-all coordinator and great at keeping us informed on our project, including scheduling, invoices and required changes. The Master Decks team did a wonderful job on my front deck! Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to communicate with them and they were very responsive to all my questions/comments (the daily logs and pictures were great!). They constructed the deck well, doing all the extra things needed to make the deck last, like placing gtape on top of the wood support beams, adding extra screws in critical areas, etc. I would highly recommend this company to others!

All the **** outlets in bathrooms in the house stopped working. We tried all things and could not get them back to work. We decided its not a normal situation and made an appointment with Rock Electric. A few moments later we got a call from the estimator/electrician from Rock Electric and was given advice and instructions to fix the problem for free. We are thrilled to have the outlets back to work. So appreciate the kind help and impressed with the experience and knowledge shown at the same time.

I needed help with two of my breakers. ******* explained his methodology to figure out what might be happening and answered all my questions.
