2 wks for estimate appt. ******* came out, was good, went on & on about how they valued my business & because it took so long for the appt. he'd get right on requesting office to call & set the appt., & how if it wasn't that day, it would be the next. Waited till weeks end (an additional 2 days), no call. Called the next week, ******* set my appt., another 2 weeks out. Was sent a ****** Calendar invite for appt. Very professional and responsive team at Rescom. S t e v e, *********** and C o d y did a great job with a staircase railing and glass balcony safety rail in my backyard. It was a long, long time in coming due to their backlog, but it was worth the wait. Would recommend to anyone for similar work and will go to them first for future projects.

Unfortunately the lack of professionalism, level of customer obsession, *** attention to detail, lack of communication (proactive and follow ***** and unwillingness to take accountability for decisions and mistakes are what's leading to this poor review. There are multiple examples which are too numerous to fill this review form. If asked if I would recommend and/or use them again the answer would be an unequivocal "no."
