I had new french doors installed. I was very pleased with every step of the process. The sales associate was informative, clear, and not at all pushy. When I asked him to make a second visit he did without an issue. Communication was clear throughout the process and the installers were amazing. When they were finished it was as though they were never here. They left no mess and even brought their own garbage can for clean up! The doors are beautiful and high quality. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

They did everything they promised plus the installers were very detailed with everything they touched. The windows far exceeded our expectations.
The whole experience was excellent. Our sales person explained options and help us select the best windows for our home. The installation was professional and well done. After the first day of installation we noticed that one of the windows was not correct and the fixed it the next day - no issue. We had a few follow up items that were taken care of quickly. I couldnt be happier with our new windows!
Just amazing windows and the guys that put them in did a fantastic job, very detailed in what they do as if it was their home, follow up was great, always kept me informed, Thanks to all at Next Door and Window

I really don't like to write anything bad about a company that I choose to work on my home. I hope you appreciate that I am just being honest. I have told relatives that I would recommend you but just to note some of the concerns and issues I had and maybe address them before signing.I thought communication would be a little better from project managers. I must have misunderstood when I thought someone would be on site at the start of installation and after completion. I was also under the impression that there are two crews... read more
Finishing of windows in pouring rain all day? Caulk and trim applied to wet material. Not sure if that is proper procedure. Maybe someone can follow up with *** on this.
