We ordered windows over 6 months ago, after being pursued almost weekly by the salesman. Installment of the windows was delayed due to mistakes in the order and manufacturing process. Installment was done and the largest window was the incorrect order. When we brought this up to salesman I was told that I needed to admit that this mistake was due to miscommunication between my spouse and I which was hugely incorrect. I asked for a quote on replacing 2 doors in Nov 2023. The company representative *****, after some delays, came on Sunday 12/10/23, measured the doors and assured me that the quote will be emailed within 24 hours. It is now 2 months later and I did not get the quote yet. I texted a few times with ******* from **************** who asked me to check the Junk folder, still nothing after 2 months. It is true, I did not pay anything but this is not nice.Very disappointing!

I purchased and new entry door with lock assembly in 2021. Recently the deadbolt lock cylinder completely fell out rendering the lock in operatable on 01/20/23 (Deadbolt still under warranty). A locksmith had to be called out to gain entry into the house and subsequently replaced the deadbolt cylinder. I purchased custom arched, casements & some awning windows for the front of my home and although the window from ****** are amazing, the customer service from Next Door *********************** has been poor!1) The windows were originally scheduled for a 6 month wait.
