Very pleased with the process from beginning to end, for our 3 panel / 8' patio doors. I would highly recommend Next Door to anyone. The cost was reasonable, when compared with other companies and installation was top notch. We could not be more pleased.

My back entry and storm door were replaced. The installer was an expert craftsman who took great care in the installation. He cleaned up after and made sure I understood how to operate the storm door mechanism..

I was scheduled to meet with ***** ******* at noon one day to go over my order. After numerous texts for me to be at my appointment by ****, ***** was not there at the ***************** office at noon. The girl sitting at the front desk wanted to know if I had an appointment and she wanted to know my first and last name. Then she looked at the computer to see if I indeed had an appointment. We ordered windows over 6 months ago, after being pursued almost weekly by the salesman. Installment of the windows was delayed due to mistakes in the order and manufacturing process. Installment was done and the largest window was the incorrect order. When we brought this up to salesman I was told that I needed to admit that this mistake was due to miscommunication between my spouse and I which was hugely incorrect.
