I had new french doors installed. I was very pleased with every step of the process. The sales associate was informative, clear, and not at all pushy. When I asked him to make a second visit he did without an issue. Communication was clear throughout the process and the installers were amazing. When they were finished it was as though they were never here. They left no mess and even brought their own garbage can for clean up! The doors are beautiful and high quality. The wait for the slider was about 3 weeks longer than expected and the interior door frame wasnt finished as I expected.
I really don't like to write anything bad about a company that I choose to work on my home. I hope you appreciate that I am just being honest. I have told relatives that I would recommend you but just to note some of the concerns and issues I had and maybe address them before signing.I thought communication would be a little better from project managers.
