I was informed during the waiting period of where they were in regard to my installation process. They installed the windows, and cleaned up any mess, both inside and outside. Polite and well informed personnel from the sales rep to the installers. **** was especially helpful in providing all the information requested by the homeowners association. Arrived when they said they would, efficient and cleaned up when the job was finished. And the windows look great. Would recommend the company to anyone needing window replacement.
