I had 5 windows (4 were double windows in one opening) replaced. The installation crew did a wonderful job. A retired ********* and his wife visited me after the installation, and he was very impressed how nice the windows were "finished off". Hopefully next year I can replace the windows in the upper part of my house.

They were fast, and they cleaned up well. The product looks great after the fact.
We had six windows and two doors installed a week ago. We were very impressed with the finish work on the interior window woodwork. They did a great job of insulating, both on the windows and on our kitchen ************ door. We are very pleased with their work. I liked the whole process. There was no high pressure to sign. We knew what we're looking for. The salesman was personable and knowledgeable. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. The guys who installed the doors did great work and answered all my questions.
Clear, consistent communication. Easy planning with the salesperson (I never felt the need to go to the showroom--he understood what I wanted & selected the perfect door. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up after the job. The install is good; they made sure the door closed appropriately & made sure I understood how it works.
Every step of the way, from the initial sales call to the installation and follow up afterwards, was very professional and exceeded my expectations.
