I liked the whole process. There was no high pressure to sign. We knew what we're looking for. The salesman was personable and knowledgeable. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. The guys who installed the doors did great work and answered all my questions.
Clear, consistent communication. Easy planning with the salesperson (I never felt the need to go to the showroom--he understood what I wanted & selected the perfect door. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up after the job. The install is good; they made sure the door closed appropriately & made sure I understood how it works.
Every step of the way, from the initial sales call to the installation and follow up afterwards, was very professional and exceeded my expectations.
I have already shared my experience with others and have recommended Next Door & Window. Excellent experience!

The guy did somethings that we had to have the company come back out to fix. They kept finding things wrong with the door.
